I’ve spent more than 40 years in the boating industry, starting my career as a boat mechanic before managing a marina, leading successful boat sales teams, and helping boaters throughout the Chesapeake Bay. Those experiences have given me a deep understanding of boats, the boating lifestyle, and what it takes to serve customers well.
